Team access questions
How many team members can I add?
CommentProtect does not bill per teammate for normal workspace collaboration. You can add moderators, VAs, and clients with role-based access at no extra seat charge; abusive automated or bulk invite patterns may be rate-limited or reviewed.
Can I limit a VA to one client's Pages?
Yes. Per-Page assignments mean a moderator or manager only sees the Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts you assign to them.
Do teammates need access to my Meta account?
No. You connect once through Meta OAuth. Teammates work inside CommentProtect with their own logins and never receive your Meta credentials.
What happens when someone leaves?
Remove the teammate and their access is gone immediately. No password reset and no re-sharing with everyone else.
