Service Scope
CommentProtect processes comments and direct-message conversations available through authorized Meta APIs. It does not support Facebook groups, personal profiles, non-Meta platforms, bulk likes, auto-likes, public API access, Zapier, direct-message auto-replies, or comment assignment unless a future written agreement explicitly adds those features.
Trials, Billing, and Usage
The standard trial is 7 days with no credit card required. Paid plans include all features and scale by monthly comment volume. Processing may pause when a trial expires, payment fails, or monthly usage exceeds the active plan limit.
User Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for keeping account access secure, connecting only pages they are authorized to manage, reviewing AI-generated content before sending when auto-replies are disabled, and complying with Meta Platform Terms and applicable laws.

Support and Account Requests
Billing questions and access issues should be sent to support. Data exports and account deletion requests can be started from the GDPR portal and are handled according to the privacy policy and data-retention process after verification.
