Questions about this workflow
Does CommentProtect moderate comments on both Facebook posts and ads?
Yes. Comments on organic posts and on ads are moderated as long as they belong to a connected Facebook Page. They all flow into the same inbox and obey the same moderation rules.
Will it act on old comments?
No. The current launch processes new comments that arrive after a Page is connected. Historical comment import is not available.
Can I hide comments instead of deleting them?
Yes. Hiding changes visibility on Facebook and is reversible. Deleting removes the comment through Meta and cannot be undone, so it should be used carefully.
Do my team members need my Facebook password?
No. Team members work inside CommentProtect with role-based access and per-Page assignments. They never receive your Facebook credentials.
