Available roles
- Owner controls billing, ownership transfer, workspace settings, and all Pages.
- Admin manages workspace settings, integrations, team access, and Pages.
- Manager handles moderation operations, exports, saved replies, agents, and assigned Pages.
- Moderator works the inbox for assigned Pages without changing account settings.
Page assignments
Use page assignments when a teammate, VA, agency, or client should only see specific brands or accounts. Assign the narrowest page access that matches their job.
Offboarding
Remove the teammate from the workspace to revoke CommentProtect access. Because teammates use their own login, you do not need to rotate a shared Meta password.
