Exports help teams report on comment volume, moderation actions, reply history, and campaign activity outside the live inbox.
Export workflow
- Choose the workspace or Page scope your role can access.
- Select the date range and filters needed for the report.
- Generate the CSV export and download it from the authenticated export surface.
- Share exported files only with people who should see customer comments and replies.
Retention
Generated export files are temporary. Keep long-term records in your own reporting or storage system if your business requires retention beyond the app's export window.
