Billing and usage

Understand plans, monthly comment volume, billing ownership, usage limits, and what happens as your comment volume grows.

How usage is counted

Plans are based on monthly comment volume. New comments from connected Facebook Pages and Instagram Business Accounts count toward the workspace usage window.

Billing owner responsibilities

  • Keep the Stripe subscription and payment method current.
  • Review usage before campaigns with expected comment spikes.
  • Choose the plan that matches monthly volume instead of limiting teammates or features.

When volume changes

If your team expects a launch, giveaway, or paid campaign to drive unusually high comment volume, review the pricing page before the campaign starts so moderation coverage stays predictable.

AI assistance fair use

AI drafts, autonomous agent replies, intent labeling, and translation are covered by a monthly fair-use allowance per account. If the allowance is exhausted, those assistance features pause until the next cycle while comment moderation, the inbox, and manual replies continue unaffected.

Evaluation access

Evaluation accounts are provisioned on Starter and use its monthly comment allowance. Crossing that allowance starts a grace buffer (20% extra volume or 72 hours, whichever comes first) so protection keeps running through spikes; processing pauses when the buffer is exhausted, when the evaluation window expires, or when a paid subscription is not active. Pricing estimates recommend a later paid plan; they do not change the evaluation tier.
